Well, I didn't want to consider it dead... but it is.
It sad mac chimes, so I tried a number of ways to stop it, including removing the memory, reseating it, trying different memory combos, removing the AV video card, resetting the PRAM, etc. It chimes either way....:(
Oh well, what to do......I guess it lived a good life!

I've got a current model Mac Mini that I'd like to connect to a non-HD television via Component cable. I have an DVI-Mini Display Port adapter which was purchased from a third party as well as a DVI-Component adapter that came with it. Here are some photos:

OWC and OCZ are very very similar in regards to build and firmware
I am using an agility 2 in my 2008 macbook pro which I am typing on right now
I also upgraded to 8GB of memory
you can buy crucial, corsair, OCZ or OWC, any are fine
I use an OCZ in my PC as well
Whatever you do, make sure you update the firmware ASAP, before even installing into your mac
if you have a PC, that makes it super easy, just plug it in and update
if you don't, be sure to visit the SSD manufacturers website for the one you plan to buy, many of them require you to burn a disc and boot from the DVD drive (basically you running linux off a CD) and update it that way in your mac

The point could be more accurately said with something other than "this is Apple's Vista." If it was Apple's Vista, no one would be buying it.
When any naysayer decides to call virtually every product Apple produces since Vista "Apple's Vista," then the metaphor has jumped the shark.
But few Apple products in the last decade have had so many highly publicized issues as iPhone 4
We're also talking about iOS4 on the iPhone 3G here, not the iPhone 4.

I'm waiting to see if it's region free.
I plan on buying one from Play-asia with Dance Central, Kinectimals, Joy Ride & Kinect Sports as Asian version is only �28 as opposed to �50 here. USA version's are region free - so I'm hopeful.
Though i also bought Playstation Move = that's pretty much doing nothing with my Wii for company at the moment. :rolleyes:
to me the PS3 move is just the same as the Wii remote but with a camera instead of sensors.

What program is that? And yes, I'm also noticing better (i.e. less accelerated) mouse movement in Lion (using Magic Mouse).

I think WWDC or a Apple iOS Event Preview (so 2011), Apple will likely make sure they get it right and release that along with the new iOS 5 or Mac OS X 10.7.
Apple is in no rush to hurry something as important as this. A buggy IDE = Fail for Apple and a slow down in iPad iPhone iTouch and Mac Apps.
You are quite mistake, this second preview is near feature complete. It needs some polishing, but for the most part it's nearly ready to be shipped.

All right, I have it up to 72 fps and added intermediate frames to smooth out the animation. You'll need at least a 500 MHz G4 to fully appreciate the effect, try closing other windows if there is continued roughness.

It's possibly something to do with the new frameworks in iOS 4. I would agree with the suggestion of re-pairing.

The code to change videos to links in quote posts seems to affect still images also. Quotes in the DP forum swap the image with an link reading "image". Is this intended or not?
